    Start Menu, windows apps and settings wont work


    I am having a problem on Windows 10 Pro 1903, the start menu, windows apps and settings will not work. When right clicking on the start menu and trying to open any settings options they open for a quick few seconds and then close straight away.
    It just started happening last night and restarting my PC doesn't fix the issue at all.

    Any one encountered this problem or know of a fix?

    Greetings. While browsing this forum this morning I noticed your inquiry. I would be considered a novice on this site but thought I would offer an opinion. I have had this issue with previous versions of Win 10 Pro and the solution was to check and disable a few entries in the "Context Menu" by using a tool called "ccleaner.exe".

    I just bit the bullet and done a repair install of windows which fixed the problem, however it reset my start menu so I lost all it's customization.
