Snapping doesn't properly fill screen after May update.

Hey all. I've tried the May update multiple times in the past, only to revert because of this one seemingly minor, but annoying enough to cause me to change back issue. I just updated again, and the issue is still there even after other issues like Color Profiles have been fixed. Just wondering if anyone knows a fix so I don't have to revert back again. The issue is shown here. If you zoom in, you can see my background bleeding through. This seems to be an issue only with certain applications. I've noticed the issue with Chrome and VLC, but opening windows settings on the left side, and snapping task manager on the right for example, doesn't exhibit the issue, shown here. Anybody have any knowledge about how to fix this?

edit: reverted back to 1803, all is fine here, so it is purely an updated Windows issue.

I don't see anything wrong with either image you posted.

I'd like to point attention that in the 1903 picture, you can even see the background bleed through between the bottom of the chrome windows and the top of the taskbar, whereas on the 1803 it's perfectly snapped to the point where you don't see line between them. Between the two Chrome windows, the vertical line between them in the 1903 picture is much more prevalent and you can see the partial design of my background bleeding through. I also played a video behind the Chrome windows to test, and I could see the video move between the Chrome windows in 1903 through the middle line between the Chrome windows whereas on 1803 I couldn't see behind the Chrome windows when looking down the middle. In 1903 for some odd reason, Chrome and a few other applications just don't properly snap to the right coordinates.
