What was the source for drivers on the clean install?
Identify the display driver version on the restored image > report into the thread
Identify the display driver version on the clean install > report into the thread

Run the V2 log collector on the restored an the clean install > upload results into this thread

Anytime you see a black screen: click simultaneously: win + ctrl + shift + b > report into the thread the results

When & why did you clean install? Run winver and let us know what version you have on the clean install.
--- On the previous image, what winver version was in use? Was it for your Win10 Pro or was it for 8.1 Pro?

I haven’t used the following for quite a while but please check them out

    Go to Intel(R) Support
Select Intel® Driver & Support Assistant
