New W10 installation

Installed a couple hours ago seems to work quite well, but how do I find my computer as in win 7 , my drives etc???

Called This PC as in Windows 8.1, should be folder on taskbar now called file explorer, open that, click this PC

YW, look through tutorials here, will help you a lot to get familiar with this operating system since coming from Windows 7, many changes.
