Bright green text/streaks appear in Windows 10 start menu

These green marks keep appearing in my start menu, I thought it was a color filer problem but it still appears after I change the filter. It just changes colors along with the filter. Does someone know how to fix this?

Have you run a malware scan, Malwarebytes or other?
Open Task manager to see what is running.
There maybe a program which is causing it.
Do a clean boot, and see if it shows again.

Just found out what caused it. It is caused by GeForce Experience's frame rate HUD, you need to turn it off in order for it not to appear in the start menu. I can see you have a lot of games so I presume you have GeForce Experience.
