ok i disabled all of the options for that so that issue should go away. other than that so far it looks like 1903 is working great.

What a strange setup this settings is for being disabled/enabled. Microsoft needs to make all types of settings all universal. Strange layout.
For it to be Disabled:
This location "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Biometrics" must have a DWORD key named "Enabled" with value 0
For it to be Enabled:
That key should not exist.
