Taskbar Explorer right click context menu slow (not just explorer)

Hi,

so one thing i can't seem to solve is that right clicking on explorer or most other applications (i think) is slow on windows 10.
I have used this before: 7+ Taskbar Tweaker - RaMMicHaeL's Blog
And this solves that completely, it's instant.
Problem is, some applications doesn't work, like Visual Studio Code i simply don't get any context menu last i tried at least.

I think the problem lies in it's generation of pinned items and jump lists, so it have to wait for information before creating the actual menu.
Cause i think it got sped up quite a bit in other programs if i deactivated the jump list somewhere in settings.
However explorer is always slow cause of the pinned items (i think).

It's really frustrating and i have decided to ask here in hope that someone knows something,
cause i can't find a solution. Hopefully it's just me missing something obvious.

That one helps the other applications, it's not instant but it's okay.
But not file explorer it's still quite slow, it shows all my pinned items (Quick Access),
which is neat, but i think that's to blame for the slowness.

it's quite a lot, are they saved in the registry perhaps, would like to backup in that case.

I tried this, and it might have a little impact, but there's still a delay,
guess it's just how it is, as it's seems to be the case on all computers i have tried it on.

Doesn't seem to change that much.

But just like you say, the first load (not sure when it resets) is Very very slow.
Like it can take 1-2 seconds, then after that it's like 500ms-1000ms, which is still a pain.
Know it may sounds odd, but hopefully i am not alone in thinking that for something like a standard context menu.

As i said at the start the 7+ taskbar thingy solves this, but some stuff just won't allow right click then.
It's very strange that this is a thing, i was prepared for something like "well you have to deactivate X".

Would love if someone knew why it was slow, like what does it actually do,
cause then one could try figure out how to make that faster.

Currently it just seems like it either gathers data that should be cached which should be instant,
or it asks or something checks the application and it's recent files, which i guess can take a bit longer.
But it should be nowhere this slow, so there must be some part of it that adds that extra latency.

If anyone figure that out, i am all ear!
