Thanks - that helps confirm what we saw too...
...the bad news is that three of us got another Host error this morning! What you've done has resolved those issues that we found but it may not resolve the Host problem (some solutions that have been proposed and used have, apparently, been successful for some and not for others) - but wait some days and see if you get another.
I've just tried another solution based on the .NET framework installation but now I have to sit and wait. If it *seems* to work, I will report back. If yours does/does not, please post again.
Thanks
Hi. I got another Host error this morning so, for me, these solutions haven't worked to resolve the problem. However, they have solved a few 'other problems'.
I've tried something else this morning and will wait a few days til I see whether I get another error message. However, in the meanwhile, can you answer me a couple of questions?
1. Do you have the screensaver switched on?
2. If 'yes', is the source of the photos located somewhere in the Directory C:\Windows?
3. Can you determine whether any of the Host errors may have occurred around the time when the screensaver kicked in?
As for the last, I worked out an approximate time by looking at the History in my browser, seeing the time I last accessed a page (just before I walked away from the computer) and then the time of the error.
I don't have screensaver on, so I can rule that out. It's been about 3 days since the last error; and nothing has popped up yet. I also looked at my browser history, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern.
I should mention that due to my work schedule, I'm at my computer for most of the day; and these errors seem to come up while I was using it; not while I was away.
It's been about 4 days since I tried the first 2 fixes. If the pattern were to repeat, I would have had 2 more errors by now. I'll wait a few more days until I can confirm if it's been fixed or not. This is a good sign for me though.
Excellent - so far.
The wife had some Host errors yesterday and ALL of them were on her computer coming out of Hibernation. No idea why.
But let's hope yours is sorted.

I have put together a digest of all the possible solutions and actions in a new thread on the Microsoft Forum located at:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...=1563968876710
I've no idea if Microsoft will allow it to stand but it can serve as a starting point for anyone else who seems to be having trouble.
So, it's been about a week, and I haven't had another error; so I'm 90% sure it's been resolved on my end. I'm not sure if it was the first or second method, but one of them, or both, seem to do the trick
