    Memory Integrity can't be started.

    Afternoon,

I had Memory Integrity enabled on my machine. I attempted to install Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning and it wouldn't allow me to do so. I disable Memory Integrity and was able to install it. After a reboot, I tried to enable Memory Integrity back and now I am getting "Memory Integrity can't be started. There may be an incompatibility on your device" I uninstalled Roxio rebooted and still getting the same error. It appears that Roxio broke Memory Integrity? Has anyone come across this or know how I can get it enabled again?

    Thanks

Hi, I guess you're referring to this:
Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10

I would suspect you have remnants of Roxio software on your PC. It's possible that's not fully compatible with Win 10 or that feature.

Do you have a system restore point created before its installation or when it was installed you could use (if restoring it works, that is)?

Do you have a recent disk image you could restore?

Or you could try reinstalling the Roxio program, then starting its uninstallation using Revo Uninstaller (free/licensed) (which you would need to install). This does a scan for leftovers after running the normal uninstaller.

    Morning,

Yes Enabling Core Isolation-->Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Enterprise.

Yes I have restore to the previous build so Memory Integrity is enabled (without Roxio installed) But I need Roxio, I need to be able to finalize Data CD/DVD and close them out so that they can't be written to again. Windows 10 doesn't do that inherently as previous version of Windows did. If I can close/finalize a Data CD/DVD in Windows without 3rd Party software then my dilemma is solved.

    Thanks

Ok, that's good- seems like you need a different burner program- there are plenty of those around.

Appreciate at that, but everyone I try to download my Anti-Virus says there a problem with it and aborts. I will try to look at another purchase product.

Hmm, strange, I have Avast (free) + another tool supporting about 10 engines and several burning programs installed.

InfraRecorder is a good one too; Download InfraRecorder latest release, did Imention it was free.
Go to the tool bar to Actions/Close Disc.
Roxio is a lot of bloated software you don't need, it's out dated and cost too much money.
