Unable to delete system report file .zip created with Acronis 2019

I have now run the Add_Take_Ownership_to_context_menu.reg to try and delete a file in Windows (C:\)>Program Files (86)>Acronis>Trueimage but it still cannot be deleted.
The file was created by Acronis Trueimage Home 2019 mistakenly thinking that it would produce a different information report to the one it has created and as it is a large file and in the C: drive we need to delete it.
The file in question is;
We have tried to take ownership of the file manually without success and have now added Take_Ownership to context menu but when we run it starts and runs the Windows Command Processor, asks if we are sure, says we must have administrator permission and when we click Yes it says access denied! (See sequential screenshots below)




So still do not have the necessary permission to delete the file!

I have composed and attached a document on how to manually delete the file if @Brink or @f14tomcat could have a look and tell me if those instructions are correct to take ownership of the file to delete it manually?

It looks like the ZIP file may be protected by Acronis.

You could try using something like FileASSASSIN or Unlocker to delete it.
