    Taskbar expands and vibrates.

    Using Windows 10 laptop
When booting up after overnight power off, but also through the day the taskbar expands upward and vibrates. It occurs spontaneously and may last many minutes or hours.
I tried but cannot add attachment which shows how it is transparent and pixilated or exhibits a netlike structure. It may cover a small strip or 30% of the screen. I have uninstalled and re-upped display drivers without effect.
    I will greatly appreciate advice.

Record on your cellphone what is going on and post on youtube, then link it on a post in this thread.

Thank you, but I don't go to U tube. Its just as you see except in a vibrating motion and rapidly expanding as shown and then falling back to baseline.

There is nothing to see. You need to record and post a video of what is going on. Try a new monitor cable. That can cause sync issues some times.

Thank you. I apologize. However I can see the image of my desktop with the enlarged taskbar covering 25 to 30% of the desktop on this post.

I did have trouble in uploading it, and perhaps that is why you cannot see it. It simply rapidly enlarges and contracts.

Might I suggest that you run Sfc /scannow

Next time these gyrations start try this.

    Win+Ctrl+Shift+B

hold the WIN key and the Ctrl & Shift at the same time, tap the letter B. This will reboot your graphics adapter. It will beep, screen will momentarily go blank, and all will come back. Hopefully without the taskbar jumping around. Make give a clue.

I was thinking of a refresh problem. If refresh was changed somehow TC, your tip should put it back to default.

Yes it should. The taskbar is simply another "window" to the system.

Right click on Taskbar to see if it is Locked....if not tick it.
