Only a windows script host error message and a CMD prompt on startup.

So, i couldn't open cmd (when i opened it, it would automatically close itself instantly) and i searched it on google, i found a topic telling me to delete a registry in regedit (i can't remember the directory but it was under Command Prompt) called "AutoRun", when i deleted it my cmd was working perfectly just as i wanted, but now whenever i open my computer i'm greeted with a black screen and an empty command prompt followed by a Windows Script Host Error window shortly after startup.

I'm using CTRL + ALT + DEL to open the task manager and start the explorer.exe from there, that's how i boot my computer currently, but it doesn't matter how much i wait, explorer.exe doesn't open up and nothing else boots up.

Edit : I've been seeing the Windows Script Host Error window since i upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 but my computer would boot up correctly with only that error window and i had no problems.

I'm also attaching a screenshot of the Windows Script Host Error window.

Download autoruns - start it - type to Filter - start.vbs - remove the found item.

Tried it already, i can't find "start.vbs", if you ask me that's the reason why the error window pops up, because there is no such file, i'm wondering if i can just delete or disable the part that tells my computer to look up for "start.vbs"

Edit: not "start.vbs" but i noticed something that shouldn't be there when i looked for the second time, deleted it and now restarting.

Did you un-check "Hidden entries" in Options?

    Alright, restarted

Windows Script Host error is now gone, it's fixed but i'm still greeted with a pitch black screen and a default Command Prompt , to start explorer.exe im writing, "cd C:\Windows" and then "explorer.exe" otherwise nothing pops up.

So this kinda means they were not related, as i stated above in the edit i've been getting that error window for quite a long time and it didn't cause any problems.

Interesting, the same error happened to someone else recently, I wonder, if it is caused by windows updates.

Explorer doesnt load on start up

If you are unsure, what to delete, you can always just un-check it = disable it, for testing, then restart to verify.
