    Hello, you can use Regshot (free) to test this and potentially determine the registry key, if any.

    Download it, install it, run it. With little activity on your PC, click Shot 1 and wait.. wait..
    Then make a change.
    Click Shot 2 and wait.. wait..
    Then click compare.

    The (short) listing will show changed/deleted/added keys and values. If you are lucky, you will be able to identify a relevant change.

    After analyising the registry after I made changes to the values in question I came to the conclusion that probably this settings are stored on the microsoft cloud server and not on the local PC.

    Some keys that seem to change in the registry that seem somehow related to the keys:

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\CloudSettings]
    "LastCheck"=hex(b):c5,ab,c7,1e,96,15,d5,01

    The first 4 characters (before the colom) from the ETag seem to change but I coudn't figure out a pattern since even if you set the same value (restricted, moderated, disabled) and then change it and put it back you get a different number:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Speech_OneCore\CloudPolicy\OneSettings]
    "ETag"="1120:29890ACBDC165357"

    This same value also changes in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive....

    Thanks, I already found 2 of 3 options (and clear button) in Search / Permissions and History tab, to disable all:

    ;Windows Cloud Search
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Search]
    "AllowCloudSearch"=dword:00000000

    ;My device history
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search]
    "DeviceHistoryEnabled"=dword:00000000

    ;Clear My Device History
    [-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search\RecentApps]
