It's most likely an Error that wasn't seen when the Bugs were being fixed. I haven't experienced the Error myself ever since I updated to the 1903 Update. Try doing things like Restarting or clicking on them to see what they do. If nothing works then try asking on the Microsoft Help Forums. I'm sure that there are plenty of other People on those Forums that have experienced the Error ever since updating to 1903 and they could help you there.
Thanks, still can't rid these from my menu. I have the computer for my torrents and a surveillance camera only so the fact that they are there isn't too bad, knowing I can't rid them bothers me though.

I attempted it before and after a MS Windows required reboot they were back. This process takes too long to go through again and since it is just used for my torrents and video surveillance, I don't care. Don't mean to sound like a "basher" here, but I switched to Linux awhile ago and have had less issues on my laptop that I utilize everyday. I work in IT so I try to keep the Windows laptop there since the company I support uses Windows.

Hm I find it strange that after u ran command Get-AppxPackage -all *[package]* | Remove-AppxPackage -AllUsers and got troubled packages successfully removed they were back after Windows restart. Maybe show here those packages shortcuts' screenshots as did Bree above? I'm not sure for now that I'll be able to help u, but maybe someone else has the same bothering packages as u do. Or r u talking about the same two as Bree's? Anyway I hope there'll be more clarity and solution for u later even if it's not a big issue
