I like a clean eventviewer , it always was in 1809 , so I want my eventlogs in 1903 clean also………….
You should not ignore these errors , if you do, you will ignore more and more errors , untill you end up with BSODs !!
YES! Finally ( !) , found the solution of getting rid of VSS ( id=8193 and id=13 ) !!
Both services on "Local Account " ( COM-Event and VSS-service ) , system-restore disabled ( I dont use it ), and ; Volume Shadow Copy Service on Auto-delayed ............!! ( original=manual)
My VSS-troubles are gone , for good !!

People wit these returning errors ; try out my solution and let know in this forum !
btw; you can always return to the original settings , if no luck ............
Glad you found something that works. I never would have guessed switching the Volume Shadow Copy Service to Automatic-Delayed Start would accomplish anything significant to the cause/solution.
I just don't know if that is the sole reason it is working for you because mine (Volume Shadow Copy) Service is set to manual and everything else is set as you described (and already pointed out earlier in the thread) and I still do not get the errors.
" Glad you found something that works."...........well , it works indeed , only ; have seen, many times, it suddenly appears again , sometimes after a few days .........!
So , we have to wait and see , hopefully MS will finally wake-up and fix it...........
Put your solution on Feedback Hub so they may see it, or add to any VSS feedback already there.
" Put your solution on Feedback Hub so they may see it, or add to any VSS feedback already there. "................will do , if all stays well after a few days ...........
Well , did some severe testing , yesterday and today ; VSS-errors came back sometimes !
Now testing other solution ; put this in regedit ,after you disabled the system-restore ( this solution works only ,if you dont use the system-restore !)
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\SystemRestore]
"DisableConfig"=dword:00000001
"DisableSR"=dword:00000001 You disabled the sytem-restore completely , the configuration of it also , you can always enable again , by setting these two keys on " 00000000 " !
Testing this almost two days , no errors so far............!!
One thing that I have been testing is before you shutdown or restart windows stop the service: Cryptographic Services via services. You should the service before shutting down, maybe windows doesn't stop it.
I found that this service has been listed in vss errors under details. This might be the service responsible. So far I haven't any errors when I have installed something.
