    With Value 0 the errors will not show for sure. But you can try changing it back to 1 and test it for the benefit of the doubt! See if after that the errors show up.

    If the Text Input folder has been renamed as you've done, the errors probably won't get triggered as Windows will think the file doesn't exist and will stop attempting to launch it.

    I know that this is an OLD Thread, but I thought that I would share my solution to this for my criteria.

    I do NOT often Turn Off or Restart.

    I run a computer cleanup Script that I wrote at least once a week and then perform a Restart.

    In Services, the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service is Disabled and Stopped.

    After a Restart, if I generate a Processes running list, WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp appears with a status of Running.

    The Services are NOT changed from the above.

    I created a .bat file with . . .

    Code:

    @echo off
    if not "%1"=="min" start /min cmd /c %0 min & Exit /b
    taskkill /im "WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp.exe" /t /f
    Exit

    . . . and put it in %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder.

    Now after a Restart, it does NOT appear in running Processes.

    I hope this helps at least someone coming across this Thread.
