Settings Panel Opens Maximized at 2560X1440
This issue started about a month ago when I installed a Radeon RX580 video card and switched from the Intel CPU Video to the new video card. I also changed the screen resolution to 2560X1440. When I open Settings panel it opens maximized (full screen). If I resize the Settings panel it will stay that way as long as I don't reboot. I can open/minimize/close, etc. But as soon as I reboot its back to the maximized full screen.
I've confirmed its the 2560X1440 (Windows Recommended). I changed it back to 1920X1080 and rebooted (several times) and the Settings panel is back to its "normal" size. As soon as I changed the resolution to 2560X1440 the Settings panel went to full screen.
The Settings panel is the only one that has changed. Folders, File Explorer, etc have all remained the same size as they were with the 1920 resolution.
Maybe this is a Windows "bug"???
