    Startup Problem

    Hi,
I tried to fix my Windows startup problems with a Boot-Repair-Disk, but it was not. And I still have no idea how to touch it.
My report is: h...://paste.ubuntu.com/p/2bsMdyRwj8/ or h...://paste.ubuntu.com/p/V2YPs6bNKT/
I have never used this forum and I do not know how it works, but if someone can help me solve this problem, I will be really grateful

Hello, if your disk itself is ok, and your Windows partition is not damaged, neither of which we know at this point, you can try using the Fix Boot utility on Macrium Reflect's boot disk. You will need to create its boot disk on another PC, then boot yours from that.

Lots of help provided with program, and full guide on line.

I'm assuming you've tried Startup Repair using a Windows 10 bootable installation medium.

    History: what happened?
Did ... lightning strike? Your dog pull the lead out? Had you had a series of problems and then your PC wouldn't boot? A little history could help.
Backups: do you use disk imaging routinely (e.g. Macrium Reflect) - so so often recommended here.
I don't understand your links, I'm afraid: there are plenty of ways of attaching files (click Go Advanced under your post) and uploading screenshots or images.

Help on using the site is available.

Might I also suggest you create this boot disk.

Once created it will allow you to copy your data off.

As a bonus it has Macrium and you can try dalchina's idea to use Macrium Fix

    Thank you for your reply.

Suggest you start by creating a boot disk with the ability to
    a. check your physical disk
    b. view your partition structure
Win10XPE - Build Your Own Rescue Media

Sadly the downloadable iso has been withdrawn.

You haven't posted the results of the Fix Boot utility.

You didn't point to anything in the lengthy report from whatever the other tool is, but it did say it didn't detect Windows, suggesting significant problems.

Nor have you commented on the history- what led up to this.

Have you been using disk imaging routinely? (Macrium Reflect - free e.g.) - if so restore a previously created disk image.

Without that you could face doing a clean install, which is hardly worth trying until you know your disk is ok.

Sorry why not just use Kyhi's recovery disk?

Has a bunch of disk tools and can copy off data.

    Just asking. Thanks

(The link is to Kyhi's disk - he withdrew the ability to simply download the iso as it was becoming erratic. Now it's DIY time - and I tried and failed.. ).

    Hi,
Guys, I really appreciate for your advises about recovery software, but I really want to save my Windows and all setups which I already made it. Is there anyway to fix in Windows 10 my boot problems?
I send this report because I thought that maybe someone who knows more than me is going to see there. What is a problem and how to fix it.

If Windows can't be detected (you can compare the result of running Fix boot, or Startup Repair booting your PC from a Win 10 install disk to Advanced Startup options via 'Repair my computer', then it could be your Windows partition is corrupt.

If in fact it isn't, one possible approach left is (having tested the disk to make sure you don't have a hardward problem as commented previously)
    a. Image your Windows partition
    b. clean install Win 10 & check it boots
    c. restore your imaged partition in place of the newly created one
    d. either automatic repair will sort this out or you will need to run startup repair

Note: all of this should be avoidable if you used disk imaging routinely.
