    Hi ererr,

Does your computer beeps when you mute the volume?

Does your computer beeps when you power on your computer if it does how many beeps does it make?

No, I can't hear the beeping when my volume is off, but I can tell that it still is beeping because it does this thing where whenever it beeps, my mouse lags until the beeping stops. Sorry for not because more specific in my original post.

Change the sound scheme to Windows Default scheme. You can change the sound scheme from at Control Panel --> Sound --> Sounds tab.
