Build a Glossry of Technical and Legal Terms | Open Source Apps?

I am seeking to build a glossary of technical and legal terms that I have scattered over maybe 15 to 20 Google Docs files.

First I will gather them into one file using cut and paste.

Then I want sort them alphabetically and hyperlink them.

Many of them have more than one definition.

All I have been able to find is Babylon Glossary Builder

There are no recommendations or examples for setting up a form in a spreadsheet, or a manual.

I assume that the LibreOffice spreadsheet format saved as *.xls or that a *.csv file will work, but I did not try this yet.

At first blush it looks a bit clumsy.

Can an anyone offer any alternates? Suggestions?

    Thanks for any thoughts.

This can be achieved using MS Word, so I assume that one or more of the "Alternative" free word processors will also have this feature ... The following link shows a few options using Word 2016 How to add a traditional glossary to a Microsoft Word document - TechRepublic if you do not have access to Word then you can look for similar options, using the terms in the link as a guide, in the Other Word Processors
