They didn't replace it as it was brand new, they just fix it.Im paying lots of money for an anti virus to keep my kid protected but for some reason he's keep deleting the protection.I guess I just have to pay to fix things until he will learn to use devices properly.

I bet they just formatted it and reinstalled Windows or restored a factory image (available to authorized service centers). As I said, you have to download the 32-bit version of Windows as 64-bit or combo (32/64) don't work in most tablets with up to 4 GB RAM. As long as you have the 32-bit ISO, use Rufus to create a bootable USB Flash Drive in GPT (UEFI) mode. Make sure the device is fully charged. Connect this drive to a USB hub and also connect keyboard and mouse. Connect this hub to the tablet (with micro USB to USB adapter if needed). Make sure you boot into the boot device selection screen (in my HP Stream 7 this is done if you have the device off and keep the Volume down button while you press the power on button, then press F9, Google for your device if that doesn't work). If you created the drive properly, it should appear on the list, select it and proceed to load Windows Setup. At this point you should not have touch control, so you must use the mouse and keyboard. Delete ALL partitions of the internal storage and then click next to start the installation. Once you finish and you see the desktop, install the chipset (platform driver) first and restart. Then install the Wi-FI driver and then any other driver necessary. It sounds complicated but it is easier than you think!

Warning: Avoid connecting to Wi-Fi during the initial configuration (OOBE stage), or Windows will force you to use a Microsoft Account! Without internet you can create a local account (offline) instead. Avoid using Snappy or any other automatic driver installer or you will lose the touch feature, rotation and maybe more!
