eShell opens explorer(desktop) instead of file explorer

Hello everyone i have a problem.

After a user automatically logs in he get this screen (win10-1.png), after that he needs to access some of the files, so he opens the task manager with keyboard shortcut ctrl + shift +e and goes to new task. In the pop up window he needs to input explorer so he could open the file manager(win10-2.png), but instead he gets (win10-3.png).

I need to get the result from (win10-2.png) when i type explorer in the tak manager's new task.

Well you see in Windows 7 embedded it is opening file manager and you don't need any additional suffixes like explorer shell etc. So i am looking for a solution how can i type in explorer.exe or just explorer and it will open up for me explorer shell.

Your computer is messed up. When you log in you should get a normal desktop, not a cmd prompt.
Perhaps this user's registry is fubarred?

This is not Windows 7, your screenshots show Windows 10. Things work quite differently in 10. Pleas explain what you have done to it to make it open at a Command Prompt when a user is signed in automatically. What is the reason you have set it up this way?

There isn't one in Windows 10. Typing Explorer with no options will always start the Desktop if it is not already running. To open it as File Manager you'll have to use a shell: command. If you need your users to type a single word to start it, then put the shell: command in a .bat file and get them type its name.

Thank you for your answer. I was still hoping that there is some kind of way around this, maybe in programming or some kind of shortcut redirecting... Well it is how it is.
The reason it is starting a cmd is because i have a batch file on my winlogon that launches a specific solution program. So the main reason is to have as less as possible of graphic interface.

Perhaps you could add the 'explorer shell:' command to your batch file to save your users having to type it?

If you like, you could start File Explorer minimised by using this in the batch file:

start /min explorer.exe shell:Personal
