Auto repair loop and unable to reinstall

I have a windows 10 tower that I left on over night, i sometimes do that, and the next morning I woke up to it giving me the auto repair loop. Nothing in the menu under "troubleshoot". I put all the DVD files onto flash drives (no DVD drive on my computer) and then gave up and tried to reinstall windows.

When I try to do so I get this message: "The computer started using the windows installation media. Remove the installation media and restart your computer so that windows starts normally. Then, insert the installation media and restart the upgrade."

I have no idea what this means apparently. I did as it said, to remove the media. Whenever I try to restart in any way I get the warning "closing this window will cancel the installation" or I just shut it down by going through the "repair" option and by the hard shut down (holding the power button). None of these options allow me to reinstall.

    Someone please save my sanity.

Ps. I took IT in collage and I get the lingo or can look up what I don't know, and understand it. Throw your best at me. I'm ready to torch my hard drive.

Download and run the Media Creation tool on the computer your are using now or any working Windows computer and use it to create a bootable flash drive. Watch the screen closely during bootup to see which key to press for boot options or BIOS setup.
