How to add Settings to context menu with icon

I found a video on how to add "Settings" to my context menu. It also explained how to add an icon to "Settings" which is the same operation. I now have "Settings" on my context menu but I have tried over and over to add an icon and it isn't working.

But I can't seem to add an icon to it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help me out please?

Will doing it by using this file also add the icon? I do have settings on the context menu but I couldn't seem to add the icon.

I removed the key I had added and tried your link file and it worked. It does show the icon. Curiously enough, it also shows individual areas whereas the one I had added showed the settings window, like when you click start and then go to settings. Not sure which one I like best. But anyway, thanks again!
