New Computer seemingly random freezing and blue & black SOD.

I recently got a new PC for Christmas, it worked fine for a little while but it has started randomly freezing and looping audio when it does so creating a horrible sound. I thought that the issue might have been malware so I kept scanning my PC with no success. I ended up installing windows 10 fresh. It kept doing the same thing as before, so I thought it might have been an issue with drivers, after tinkering with driver updates and so on nothing worked. It has gotten worse and I recently got BSOD and the recovery process wouldn't even start. I had to force my PC to restart and boot it. I reset it again after this, about an hour ago it crashed and went to a black screen. I once again forced it to restart. I have called Windows tech support and they just told me to try to reset it again. Nothing. I am beginning to get seriously concerned for my PCs health. I genuinely appreciate any help given.

    -Sincerely Erik.

I suggest you need to Run command prompt and try to type sfc/scannow for fixing your hard drive. Cause base on what you are saying there is a fault on your hard disk so you better check it properly.

When your pc is working,in the search box at bottom left, start to type in reliability history.Ater about the second or third letter,an app will appear, select it and see if any red flags show.If so,then select "view tech details",which hopefully may give you info on the cause of your problems. This can be hardware, often the graphics card,or drivers or both.

--- If all they can offer you for help on a new computer less than 1 year old, that's pretty poor.
--- Usually within the first year, hardware is covered and I've seen some situations help was provided beyond only hardware.
You might have to ask the person who gave you the computer as a gift to have the computer checked out as the computer is listed in their name from where it was purchased from.
--- It's ok to do some of the troubleshooting you are doing but as a new computer the 1st year limited warranty should be investigated.
--- It's like buying a new car: when troublesome performance are issues, the average buyer doesn't hesitate to have the new car checked out.

If the above isn't possible to do then you are headed for troubleshooting a brand new computer.

Either way, once the computer is running as it should, please create as a minimum a USB Recovery drive.
--- Create system image backups according to schedule that suits you.
--- System image backups is one of a computers "best friends" in many situations.
--- There is help on how to do those in these forums.
