Font can't be deleted because it's in use

I am trying to delete a non system font (Bebas Neue), but when I try to delete it it gives me the message: "Bebas Neue cannot be deleted because it's in use". I tried booting into safe mode to delete it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

You can try the methods shown in the following link. If method 1 doesn't work, try method 2 if you are familiar with the Windows Registry. If you use the registry method, make a system restore point at least in case you make a mistake. Delete ONLY the Bebas Neue entry and Restart the PC. Then, hopefully, you can also delete the Bebas Neue font file.

If this font is in use then some software needs it.
So don't delete it. Leave it alone. Simple.

It's not in use by a software, I tried using safe mode and I can't delete it. Also I installed it myself so It can't be a system font.

Should be able to boot into a command prompt and delete it there.

On my system BebasNeue.otf is part of MSI Kombusustor, do you have that installed?
    C:\Program Files\MSI Kombustor 3\libs\common\BebasNeue.otf
