Some months ago, Windows 10 changed the font size in some programs. I'm not talking about every font in windows 10. It only changed in some programs like my Epson scanner, the program settings for my Yiynova (tablet digitalizer), ...
I attached some screenshots where you can see my problen. There are options that I can't press.

I made an observation about the 4 attached images that you put in your post.
• 3 of your images are in Spanish
• 1 of the images is in English
I noticed that the Spanish images have the fonts over-sized, and the English image with the correct font sizing.
Look at your Spanish language settings somehow. Maybe there's a specific setting when you translate to Spanish that could cause the font to get bigger. Try uninstalling/reinstalling your Spanish Language pack from the computer. But before all that, try AndreTen's suggestion first.

a) Search for, and open: Font settings
b) Press the Restore default font settings button
Hi, this is not the problem.
My OS is in spanish, and I searched for an image to represent how it should be shown. It's in english, but it doesn't mind.
