Windows 10 Home PC will not boot

    Hello!
After the saga of the graphics card, I now have another issue.
I managed to get into the Bios screen and clr cmos, then loaded optimised defaults as suggested in the motherboard manual.
Now the pc will not boot, when I power on I get the beep and the number lock light.
The HDD runs the screen gets as far as the little dots in a circle then they stop the hdd stops and nothing .
    If I check the monitor input I get 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz.
I did manage yesterday afternoon to get it running and run some tests CHKDSK runs ok.
So as it had been suggested that the problem might be drivers, I loaded the driver disk.
Everything was going great until it loaded the chipset driver and did a restart.
Well it didn't restart it did the same as before except now I've got "NO VIDEO AVAILABLE" on the screen.
Any idea what I do next?

Try replacing the CMOS battery and remove the graphics card to see if you can boot using the on board GPU. If the latter works, then you might have a faulty graphics card. Did you firmly connect the separate power leads to the new graphics card?

Some boot problems can be fixed by creating a Macrium Reflect repair disk on a working PC, bot from that disk then select the fix boot problems option.
