Black Screen on Startup or Restart.....Windows 10

When I start or restart my PC, I get a black screen 3 out of 4 times but you can hear all the fans and HDD sounds but no HDD activity light. I have traded out HDD's and Power Supply, still no joy. All drivers are up to date, I turned off Fast Startup and even removed all the AMD drivers and let Windows run my graphics.....still get same behaviour. I am only now trying to resolve the issue that has been prevalent for quite a while because it has gotten considerably worse. I read online that the Power Supply was the most likely the cause...sending a dirty signal to whatever triggers Startup. I tried unplugging the PC and pressing the power button to clear the signal but still same issue. I have and actual card for graphics, they are not onboard. Could the card be causing this issue. I thought when a graphics card died it was DEAD. Never seen one work sometimes and not completely fail. I would really appreciate any help I can get. If this post is not in the proper thread please move it. Thanks in advance. I have my specs listed on the forum. SPEC1

PSU or video card are the most likely candidates as the cause of the problem. The Corsair looks like a PSU upgrade. Do you still have the replaced PSU around? If so you could try running with that for a bit and see what happens. Video you would have to replace to see if it's the cause.

Could also be RAM. You have 24GB which I would expect to be three 8GB DIMMs. You could try removing one DIMM and see if that makes any difference. If not swap with a different DIMM, repeat for each.

I will try swapping the RAM modules around, I have 2 8GB Sticks and 2 4GB sticks. The 2 8's are a recent upgrade so I can rule them out...this issue has been around before that. Will post back when I try the swap. Thanks!

While I am not nearly as experienced as others here, I would recommend making the capacity of each RAM module in each DIMM slot equal. (At least this is the practice that I have followed for years)

I want to thank everyone for the advice. I tried all of the suggestions and alas, nothing seemed to work. I finally bit the bullet and completely disassembled my PC. I was very meticulous when reassembling.....I checked every connection twice, and when I came to the Graphics Card I even polished the blade connector before inserting it into the MB Slot. I should have tried this from the start because I have now (at the time of writing this) got normal Startups and Restarts.......Electronics can be a pain in the arse!!! Live and learn.
