Folders and files
I have 10,000 pictures in 150 folders and I want to be able to put all the pictures in detail?

You can apply folder view to all folders from Control Panel > File Explorer Options from View tab click Apply to Folders button.
In File Explorer Options, Control Panel, View there are no Options or change folder and search options so I know I'm doing something wrong but when I do this the right way will it change all 10,000 pictures to details because the folders have no meaning?
Thank you, I got this far, but how would I change all files or in my case pictures to details? I have 149 folder with 10,000 picture inside the 149 folder and I know there is a way to change all files to details but I haven't done it in windows 10.
You don't change files in a folder to details, you change the folder view to details, as explained previously.
In KeithM's post #6, you select the View tab, then click on Details then click on Options at far right and select Change folder and search options. Then click on Apply to all folders (Arrow number 3).
