Need help to find these reg tweaks

    A. Windows Settings related

    1. Set the desktop icon default setting to the 'small icon' instead 'medium icon'? Already tried many reg files earlier but none worked till date upto Win10 v1903

You can find out many / some for yourself using the UI to change things while you monitor the Registry
    NirSoft's RegFromApp
    or
RegShot [see also How to Use Regshot To Monitor Your Registry - HTG]

You will need to test anything you find because whilst a change through the UI might change the Registry entry, not all Registry key changes change the UI or system behaviour. For example, changing Indexed folders changes the Registry but changing those Registry keys does not change Indexing.

I tried to find that via RegFromApp v1.33 before but that app isn't quite fit & compatible with Win10 & behaves abnormally so I quited, Now I didn't know about RegShot & ll give it a shot.. Thanks for the tips, but do you know how do I monitor the change while installing wwindows in OOBX / OOBE screen?

You'll have to find out which Registry keys are affected on a fully-installed system. Then use the results to modify your Windows ISO.

And don't forget to test that Registry key changes do change the intended behaviour - as mentioned above, only the UI can set up Indexed folders and changing the Registry instead has no effect.

But I ask you about OOBE /OOBX changes, do you understand that?

Yes, and I answered that you will need to conduct your experiments on a working system and only then apply them to your Windows ISO.

I'm still fretting about whether there is a fundamental misunderstanding between us.

    I need reg files tweaks
My suggestions have been to use appropriate tools to discover for yourself what tweaks can be made. These tweaks would have to be investigated on an installed system.

so that I can add/use/integrate those in NTlite to make a customised Windows ISO
None of my comments have been intended to refer to this stage of your overall task.
