Recovering Window or reinstalling from Dual Boot snafu

Man did I screw something up.

I was doing a Windows 10/Ubuntu Budgie dual boot experiment. I had forgotten that in this scenario Budgie starts creating little Windows headaches not worth having and so I decided my 'fun and games' were over and I'd erase the Linux partition. Y'all helped me do this the last time and so I thought everything was kosher -- but upon restart -- I get stuck looking at this stupid screen:

(Actually you get the first part, hit TAB and get all those possible commands.)

I should explain now I'm not experienced in recovery mode-ish situations. I was a Mac user before Windows 10 and so I'm not so familiar with what key combos I can hit to get into repair or recovery mode. I don't even know what mode I should be trying to get into. All I know is I'm sick of looking at this Grub screen.

The good news is that I don't keep anything critical on this laptop. Which is to say I could simply reinstall Windows and be done with it. Before I do that, however, I want to know if there's a simpler fix. A way to bypass this screen for good.

So let me back up. When I erasing the partition I was using an app called Minitool Partition Wizard. I was carefully following this guide and was at this exact point --

How to Completely Remove Linux from Dual Boot Windows 10 - YouTube

I clicked Disc 1 just as shown. I believe I clicked Rebuild MBR. But unlike Britic's advice I got a Window saying "You're using the C Drive and so in order to do this you'll need to reboot." I clicked yes and got stuck where I am.

A part of me is nervous I somehow hosed the C drive, but this is way out of my comfort zone of expertise. Any advice would be greatly appreciated because my poor little Zenbook Flip is kinda useless at the moment.

I fixed it myself but I really don't know how.

It occurred to me I hadn't tried booting into the BIOS. There I discovered that Linux was in the first boot order. So I disabled it, bumped Windows Installer up, and rebooted. When I did THAT the Partition Wizard kicked in and did its stuff.

I'm guessing that partition wizard couldn't work because, as it said, it needed to reboot. But into Windows.

My God. I'm starting to think Windows kinda sorta...

Getting rid of the linux dual boot is more like punishment. deleting the linux partitions and rebuilding the boot.
I would be easier to build an usb or disk installer and do a clean install deleting all partitions and allowing
    windows installer to rebuild them.
but getting you back into windows...open your bios and see if you can set the boot order to windows boot.
you might be able to get back in .If its not there then you will need a rescue disk.you should get to a recovery menu.

Thanks. That's what I figured out by myself by accident.

That was handled by Minitool Partition Wizard. But yeah -- not exactly easy.
