Never seen a UK-only version before. Strictly speaking, the en-gb version is not a solely UK version, it is officially called 'English International'.

Windows 10 1903 has not been officially released yet. There are pre-release versions out there or you can wait till late May when it is officially released.

The ISO names quoted in the OP appear to be the same names as those of the ISOs officially released on MSDN...

Surprise: Microsoft has made the Windows 10 1903 (May 2019 Update) and Windows Server 1903 bits available for download on MSDN, a month earlier than many were expecting.

I hope, like me, you will not be using it on your main machine just yet. To test 1903 I have just upgraded a VM that's a copy of my main machine. So far it's looking good....

I'm confused. Why does Microsoft like to confuse me? Help me out.

"1903" (by the way Microsoft defines its releases, the first two digits represent the 'acronym' of the year, and the next two digits represent the month number. Hence this is a March 2019 update. So why do they want to officially release it in May instead of ... umm.. last month?)
