    problems from i reformatted

I recently reformatted my laptop which is running windows 10 and choose the option to keep files and folders, but this past two days i get a blue screen when i switch on the Laptop with the following message " We are unable to connect at the moment. Please check your network and try again later"
And i now have two accounts on the log in screen, home group users and my own account, i also have the option to put in your password disabled but it keeps asking for a password or pin.
    Anyone offer any help? TIA

What version are you on type winver at cmd prompt to find out? Homegroup has been removed a long time ago unless your running a old version. If you open task manager look at startup is there something running at start that trys to connect to the network?

You can stop all Adobe they are a pain and have a load of services running as well. One drive may cause it if the network is slow starting a image of the error may help to see what it is

What was the initial problem that you were faced with that you performed a reset save files?
Had you installed new drivers from the computer or motherboard manufacturer website or had you used another source?

If you cannot logon consider the following options:

    1) Backup all important files to another drive using either:
    a) Kyhi boot rescue
    b) Ubuntu

    2) Perform a custom install (similar to reset save files)

Where was post #3 from? Are you able to logon and use Windows?
Post #1 and #5 give the impression that you cannot logon.
