Let's say that I want to stream a live TV news program, like CNNgo to my Win 10 PC. I want to keep the stream window open in a corner of my screen while I use the PC otherwise. Is there a built in app that can do this or a 3rd party program? Thanks.
A simple way would be to cascade the windows with the stream window up top, and your working window on the bottom. Right click the taskbar, and you will see the options for arranging the windows. Once arranged, you can drag the edges of the window around to suit your taste.
You can also hold the Windows key down and press the arrow keys to pop them around left, right, up, down, and drag edges to fit. Lots of options to custom fit it.
