How do I show hidden process that eat up high CPU Usage on my Windows

I had a great experience on my windows 10, this exactly different than older windows.
We can see the other users on task manager (check box) on Windows 7 but here I can't find anything that will make it shows the other users using this CPU. It eat up 10%+ my cpu usage!

    Here's the pics:

Use SysInternals Process Explorer from Microsoft.

there's nothing to come up, except the process on my user account itself there's no other users.
It is always shows higher than my user cpu usage.

Anyone have the same problem? let me see the screenshot.

You need to use Process Explorer to see what Sub-processes are causing the high use.
