ESENT Messages in Event Viewer

A week ago I saw some ESENT messages in Event Viewer. I don't have a clue what this stuff is about so I gave up on it and hoped it wouldn't be a problem. Today there are more messages, and the more I clicked around in Event Viewer the more messages were created. If all else fails I can restore a system image from 2 weeks ago, and everything should be OK. Anybody know what's going on here? Even if it's not a practical problem, I'd rather make it go away and not have to put up with it forever. See image. Thank you.

bro67, I did search for this issue before posting and found the item you linked. However, it's pretty old and not obviously relevant to my exact situation. Also, I posted here rather than MS because I don't want the run-around people usually get from MS. Still hoping somebody will be able to give me an explanation of what's going on here. Also hoping for a simple fix, not a lot of command line stuff I wouldn't be comfortable with. Thanks.

bro64, I took a closer look at the link you directed me to, but I don't have a clue in this universe what this has to do with my situation other than the association with ESENT. Nothing is missing; something's corrupted. And there's no sync stuff going on.

I restored a system image. As of now, no ESENT messages.
