Windows Explorer crashes and screen flickers after reboot

In our VDI we have the following problem with our Windows 10 Image:

Sometimes after a reboot and after the Login the screens starts flickering between black and blue.
In the Event log there are the following error Messages every second:

The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted.

You can find the error dump that was generated in the Attachements.

After a reboot of the virtual machine, the Problem is gone. It only appears about 1 in a 100 times.

Maybe someone can analyse the error dump and give me a clue what it could be.

I used to have problems with explorer, too, especially with Windows XP and 7.

The problem often turned out to be caused by third-party shell extensions.

The fix: Find the offending shell extension and disable it.
How: Use the freeware Shell Ex View. Find the non-Microsoft extensions and, one-by-one, disable them.

As for reading your error dump ... I don't know anyone anywhere who ever looked at one, or who knew how or why. Sorry.
