If you are still having quirky time issues, try changing where the time is synced from. Don't let the fox watch the hen house, get a second opinion. Change the time server to time.nist.gov. (US). May be a different optional server in different global regions.

Thanks if it persists I will try that but for now it seems to be OK again.

Hesitant of making changes now that I see several others in the thread reported similar issues.

I tried toggling on and off the daylight savings button like Sportsfan suggested but that did not work for me but I found that by turning off set clock automatically I could then change the time and then when I turned the automatic setting back on it retained the setting.

It seems to only effecting some time zones as I went to Mountain Time (I'm in Pacific Seattle) and Mountain time jumped ahead 2 hours (before I made the above mentioned changes) so mountain time was correct. I also went to Alaska and it was also correct Alaska time so for me at least was only effecting Pacific time only but then some it seems from above posts in the US had similar issues.
That's what I suggested you do Dave...Toggle automatic time off and back on again is what works...not toggling on and off the daylight savings button lol You must have read my instructions wrong. Never mind..you got there in the end.

I must have it must be that British English HA HA HA HA

But yeah I turned off auto but then I did do that yesterday so the way I was able to resolve it was turn it off then manually set the clock then turn it back on and that resolved it.

I didn't have to change anything at all manually. The only thing I did was Toggle Automatic Time Off and then back on again.
If that hadn't worked though I would have just manually changed the time.
You say that you manually changed the time on your PC so that should have sorted it out for you anyway without touching the Automatic Time Setting at all.
It doesn't matter now anyway...you've got it sorted

Oddly enough one of my PC's did that when it hit the first day of BST. Suddenly the clock was displaying -1 hr. I just went to the clock page and asked it to update the time from the servers and it was fine. I assume there is some sort of issue with the time servers that caused the problem. I think it only accesses the time servers once a day unless you tell it otherwise.

Oh right mate. Yeah I see what you mean now. You do have to turn off automatic in order to set the time manually. Then just turn Automatic back on again
