    Search folder using a date range

    This was DEAD EASY in windows 7. You had a drop down calendar. This simple process seems to be removed in windows 10.

    I'm no expert on search but I remember seeing this posted somewhere before, type datemodified: into the search box and the calendar comes up.

    Also date: datecreated: datetaken: datemodified: for example.

    Or you could use a free 3rd party tool with 'instant' search by name (not content), where everything's GUI based:
