Windows 10 Disk always shooting up to 100%

Whenever i'm doing anything at all, playing a game, watching a video, downloading something and i check my disk in task manager it's shooting up to 100%. In resource monitor while my disk is at 100% system is at 20,000,000 total (B/sec) i'm pretty bad with computers so i need some help.

Hi please post a screenshot of your task manager
    a. a few minutes after logging on without having launched any other programs
    b. showing this problem

Organise the Disk column high to low by clicking on the column header.

    Should look something like this:

To post a screenshot please use the Insert Image icon above your post.

What sort of disk do you have? SSD? HDD?
What is your Windows build? Win key + r, winver

Hi, disk usage is fine there of course... see if you can capture that when it's high.

Disk type and details of your PC: try Speccy (free).
