    My laptop frezzes completly when I leave it idle for not even 10 mins


    Hello!

    My laptop has a problem. When I leave it idle for 5 minutes it freezes for another minutes and then restarts. I am struggling with this problem for months.
    When I reset the windows and delete eveything from the hard drives it works fine for 1 or 2 weeks, then again.
    I have this laptop for not even 1 year.
    Any suggestions? I'll try everything. It works fine if I'm playing a game or something, but I can't even watch a youtube video. It's really bad.

    Can you please check if the issue persist from Safe Mode.

    It works perfectly fine, I left it idle for over 30 minutes when I was doing my homeworks.

    Welcome to the forum!

    Please backup all of your data...

    I suggest going with the following procedure and check one by one (enable all and disable just one) upon full boot. Then check.
    IF OK, then disable the next, full boot and check, etc.

    Otherwise, you can try this.
