I've seen you any several other folk here mention QTTabBar several times but ignored it. Finally took the time to look at it and it is a very cool program. Just having File Explorer tabs is a big improvement, not counting all the other things it says it can do.

    Many thanks.

Had to uninstall QTTabBar as it was causing Malwarebytes to close SeaMonkey when I right clicked on the BSOD zip file I downloaded and selected Open containing folder.

I posted in the MBAM 3.0 forum and they thought it might be WIn Patrol which I had installed but not started but that got me to thinking so I looked around and noticed the problem started right around the time I installed QTTabBar. I just uninstalled it and the problem is gone. Shame as I do like it.

More info in the link at the MBAM forum.

    Edit: Workaround from MBAM folk:
    Code:
As a workaround for the time being, you can make an adjustment to Malwarebytes' settings.

    • Open Malwarebytes.
    • Click Settings.
    • Click Protection.
    • Click Advanced Settings.
    • Click Advanced Memory Protection.
    • Uncheck Malicious Return Address Detection for the Browsers column.
This should allow you to reinstall the program without experiencing the Exploit Protection blocks.
I've done this, now about to reinstall QTTabBar and see if that fixes it.

    Edit#2: Okay, that works, yeah!
