    If Explorer++ works where Explorer usually crashes it does indicate a third party software shell extension issue.

    UPDATE: The new Feature Update (1903) fixed it, but now I have a different problem... Topic for another post

    I tracked it down to the icon cache. I have NO idea how that did so much damage.
