Where is my host file after uninstalling KIS

I have uninstalled KIS completely, but when I open host file and get this:
#This file has been replaced with its default version by Kaspersky Lab because of possible infection

Please help me to find it back. Thank you

    Edit: Windows 10 1809

    Hi, Join....

If you are looking for the default MS Host file, this is it. Copy and paste from here into a new text file, and save it as "All Files", no extension. Then copy/replace into c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

or - here is a ready made one you can use: hosts.zip Just unzip it and copy to the proper directory

    Code:
    # Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
    #
    # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
    #
    # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
    # entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
    # be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
    # The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
    # space.
    #
    # Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
    # lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
    #
    # For example:
    #
    # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
    # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

    # localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
    # 127.0.0.1 localhost
    #    ::1             localhost

Thanks, but does not work. I have tried 127.0.0.1 facebook.com, and I still get it

There is no short name resolution in Host file. And wild cards are not allowed. The full path is https://www.facebook.com/

I believe you need to make your entry www.facebook.com

Just a thought, if your ISP is IPv6 enabled you may be going to the IPv6 address for facebook so you would need to add an entry in your host file for that too.

re-read my post. just the www and the facebook and the com - with "." in between.

    IPV6 for Facebook

Facebook's IPv6 address, as of this writing, is “2a03:2880:f003:c07:face:b00c::2″. You can see in the fifth and sixth group of digits that the name “Facebook” (with a “c” instead of a “k”) is spelled out in hexadecimal digits.Oct 28, 2015
