Can not execute/run FCAT-VR in powershell or CMD

First posting and I do hope that it is in the right section, if not feel free to move this to the proper one.

    My problem:
I'm trying to execute FCAT VR (not FCAT) in Win10-64 pro as can be found at the Nvidia site
    https://www.geforce.com/whats-new/gu...d-how-to-guide
    https://www.geforce.com/hardware/tec...fcat/downloads
I did use to run this software in Powershell and in CMD. I did use the Install.cmd execute codes the one with .\ and the one without, do not know what is the difference. Run my OS in administrator mode, give the complete folder at full control, disabled readonly for all folders, but still it did give me the failure sign, “please run this script as admin. exiting”
I have the needed Anaconda software intalled.

So whats is wrong inhere, who can help me.

    echo Installing...
    goto Install

echo FAILED: Please run this script as admin. Exiting.
    goto End
    )

    :Install

    pushd %~dp0

    EnableVROverlay_x64.exe -uninstall

REM echo "Installing Oculus VR events manifest"
    reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Oculus VR, LLC\Oculus" >nul 2>nul
    if %errorlevel% equ 0 goto Oculus_Install
echo WARNING: FCAT VR Capture should be installed after Oculus runtime installation if Oculus support is desired

    :Oculus_Install
    pushd etw_oculus
    call install.cmd > nul
    popd

REM echo "Installing FCAT events for OpenVR and Oculus manifest"
    pushd etw_fcat
    call htcvive_install.bat > nul
    popd

    echo SUCCESS: Installation completed

    :End
    pause

From the screenshots it looks like it's failing at the "net session" command. What happens if you just run "net session" in an admin command prompt?

If typing that I did get a message “the server service is not started.”

So I did enable server in the Windows services and now after typing “net session” recieving the message “There are no entries in the list”

Does the installer work now after you started the service?

I changed from administrator to user login and did the same, started the software and it is generating an .CSV file. So it is working. The enabling of the server in services did do the trick. Thanks for helping I would never succeeded to run this piece of ridicules difficult piece of software.
