    Lastly decided to replace my Existing GPU nvidiaGTX560 with New GPU nvidiaGT 710 to test system stability now everything working fine no errors appear in event viewer.

    Replaced SATA cable with New one result NO errors, again swapped with old one result NO Errors till now as per Hard Disk Sentinel (trial).
