PC Won't go to sleep - latest windows 10 build

Over the last few weeks, I have noticed my PC not entering sleep mode. I have not done a tonne of updates on anything so I haven't been able to pin point a specific piece of software that could be messing it up.

    I've run
    Code:
    Powercfg /requests
which comes up with nothing and
    Code:
    Powercfg /lastwake
which only shows me hitting the power button now. I ran a system report with that command and the only red item to come up was the Realtek audio drivers, which I just now updated to no avail (these also haven't been updated in months so not sure how they would've broken something).

    System is:
    Ryzen 5 1400
    RX 570
    8Gb ram
    Windows 10 (latest update)

    Some useful ideas:
Windows 10: PC Wont Go to Sleep Mode

Desktop Computer wont go to sleep after recent fall update the PC - Microsoft Community
    - mentions 'fast boot'

    More:
Fix: Windows 10 Wont Sleep Automatically - Appuals.com

Basically there are multiple possibilities - please work through them, keep a list of those tried, and if not solved, post back with a list of what you have tried and eliminated.

Have you checked for a driver update for your video card?

    Zach,

I'd go a bit further than the others responders and urge you to reinstall the existing display driver or install a new version of the display driver before you waste any time at all investigating this issue.
    - Get the driver from the OEM if possible otherwise from the MS update catalog.
    - Do not merely check for updates in Device manager because that does not detect if an existing driver is misbehaving.

I would then suggest testing soon after starting the computer rather than later on. I have seen a couple of Windows 10 computers that sleep correctly only if rebooted every day but I never found any explanation of, or fix for, their condition.

All, thanks for the suggestions - I've tried just about everything that was suggested or linked. Still not so sure what is going on but nothing seems to work. I read through the posts at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...?auth=1&page=6 and nothing seems to work. I have the monitor set to go off after 1 min and it goes black and turns right back on. On the last page of that link, someone mentioned they noticed the behavior about a month ago and had no success even with HP techs, so maybe its a bad windows update?

There is a log collector used in another forum.
Run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread:

These are trial and error steps:

    1) Make a backup image using Macrium:
