Hello, maybe I missed something in all the posts. Which/What is "the bluetooth one"?
    Thanks.

Oh, OK. However, I have a desktop that does not have a Bluetooth.

In the Troubleshoot Computer Problems window, I have four sections:
    - Programs
    - Hardware and Sound
    - Network and internet
    - System and security

All the above four sections have thirty-three (33) sub-sections to troubleshoot for issues.
I would think there would be a utility (Advanced SystemCare) that claim could run (troubleshoot) the whole system.

    Thanks.

    caxtin,

    Please open a new thread.

Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    For future reference, running
    Code:
    powercfg /sleepstudy
in an admin command prompt or PowerShell session will show you lots of useful information about recent sleep activity in general. It produces a Web page named "sleepstudy-report.html" that shows up by default in %Windir%\System32. I just ran it and here's how it looked in Edge:

Give it a try the next time you want to review sleep activity on a PC.
