Start Menu/Search/Action Center not working. Unable to load DCOM Servr

Hello guys!
I got an issue that I used a registry cleaner then the News store app stopped working so I used the get-appx Powershell command to try to fix it then start menu (ShellExperienceHost & Cortana) stopped working.

What I tried so far

• In-place upgrade didn't work
• sfc /scannow didn't find any corruption
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth No corruption detected
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Command runned but didn't fix anything
• Uninstalled Anti-Virus
• Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} Didn't work

Now I got these errors in Event Viewer for the apps:

• Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_1.12.2.18334_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy!CortanaUI as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:"2147958031"Happened while starting this command:"C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\SearchUI.exe" -ServerName:CortanaUI.AppXa50dqqa5gqv4a428c9y1jjw7m3btvepj.mca

• Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_10.0.18334.1_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy!App as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:"2147958031"Happened while starting this command:"C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\StartMenuExpe rienceHost.exe" -ServerName:App.AppXywbrabmsek0gm3tkwpr5kwzbs55tkqay.mca (Event ID: 10001)

Please tell me of any possible solutions other than clean install because I want clean install to be my last resort as I have a lot of apps/programs installed in the system!

Restore a valid disk image that you created before using a registry cleaner. I hope you have been using disk imaging routinely - e.g. Macrium Reflect - free- +external storage for disk image sets.

If you use disk imaging, even if your system disk fails or is unusable, you have a good chance of restoring your PC to a previous good working state.


Do you mean the procedure of an in-place upgrade repair install failed?
or
Having successfully completed it, there was no change in the symptoms?

Note that if the problem is with your user profile, system repairs such as SFC /SCANNOW, in-place upgrade repair install will not fix such a problem.

You could consider creating a new user account for comparison.

In-place upgrade upgraded successfully but didn't fix the issue.

I tried making a new user profile and still the issue is there.
